This website is owned by SAYLOR IBERIA, S.L.U., (hereinafter “SAYLOR”), a company dedicated to the provision of cleaning services, with CIF B-62.024.591 and domiciled in Barcelona, C/ Biscaia, nº 379, local, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona. Volume 31.859, Folio 72, Page 198848.
2. WHAT IS THIS DOCUMENT?
2.1. This document constitutes the CONTRACT that will govern the relationship between SAYLOR and you (the USER), in relation to the access, navigation and use of this website.
SAYLOR reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the conditions governing the use of the website. In any case, the access to the website after its modification, implies the acceptance of the same by the user.
3. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
Access to the website is completely free of charge and does not require prior registration. However, there may be specific contents and/or services that require the prior registration of the USER, who must accept the corresponding registration conditions.

6. COMMUNICATION, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE
SAYLOR makes available to the USER a support and assistance service for the resolution of possible doubts about the operation of the service, through the mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
SAYLOR expressly complies with all the requirements established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data as well as the regulations that develop it.
SAYLOR also assumes compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services. Personal data are treated in accordance with the provisions of said regulations, keeping the technical, organizational and security measures necessary to ensure confidentiality and avoid any loss, alteration and treatment or access that are not authorized.
The data will be incorporated into a file owned by SAYLOR and will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the provision of the service, as well as to manage the business relationship and the corresponding administration tasks.

The USER authorizes and grants express consent to SAYLOR for the processing of his/her personal data and only for the purposes described above. SAYLOR reserves the right to rectify, update or modify these conditions at any time, mainly in order to adapt them to future legislative changes or other circumstances that require these changes at the discretion of SAYLOR.
The conditions in force shall be those published here, applicable as of the date of the last update, which appears at the beginning of this document.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any question, conflict or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance and/or execution of these General Conditions of contracting and use, and of the existing relationship between the parties, the parties expressly submit to Spanish legislation and to the jurisdictional competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other legislation or jurisdiction that may be applicable to them, unless other different ones are imperatively determined by Law.
